Apply for a Grant

The work of The Corry Community Foundation is made possible by our generous donors. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our residents by evaluating and addressing community issues, building permanent charitable endowments and promoting philanthropic and community leadership.

Grant Types

  • Standard Grants (grant requests over $2,000 awarded biannually in April and October; grant deadlines are March 1 and September 1)
  • Mini Grants (grant requests $2,000 or less awarded bimonthly beginning in February; grant deadlines are the first business day in January, March, May, July, September, November)

Grant Guidelines

An online grant application must be completed and submitted prior to the Grant Cycle deadline.

If you prefer a hard copy application, both Mini and Standard Grant applications can be found below.  A Budget Worksheet is required with both applications.
